RETURNS POLICY

Goods clearly shipped in error by our shipping department may be returned for credit providing such error is reported within seven days from date of invoice. If errors and returns are not reported within seven (7) days you will be charged a 15% restocking fee or a $5.00 minimum fee.

All returns must be in original package. Any carded items (this means sealed onto the card) that have been unpackaged or are soiled cannot be returned for credit.
Do not return goods without authorization and speaking to us first.
