Australian
All orders can be done online within our secure online shopping section. It is user friendly but if you have questions while online during business hours please call us on 07 38084111.
Phone
Call 07 38084111 during business hours as on the home page. Visit the Online Catalogue and write down what you require. You could print out your order sheet and have it handy.
Fax
If you are not comfortable with ordering over the internet then you can print out the order form and fill in by hand and fax the order to us on 07 32080233. You must make sure that you fill in all the details requested so we can contact you if there are any questions. If you need price confirmation and availability of an item before ordering you will be able to ring for that on
07 38084111. Download the form, from the “Downloads” section.
International
All orders for overseas will be exempt of GST. This will be taken off the cost of the goods when
they are prepared for export and before payment is done. There are some items that will not be available to overseas customers due to distribution network restrictions.

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit. As prices are subject to change with the floating dollar it is wise to have the total amount confirmed prior to sending a cheque or money order.

If you use direct transfer please notify us by fax or email when the payment is done. If you put the invoice number on the transfer it will make sure it gets to the correct account immediately.
Shipping
All items will be shipped the next business day by Australia Post. Allow 1 – 6 days for standard delivery time.
NT and WA may be a couple of days longer. We can send orders by Express Post or TOLL IPEC if requested. Customer pays freight or postage costs.
Returns
The Customer will pay postage or freight costs. Some of the larger items e.g.. hard bow cases are now being refused by Australia Post, so we will be using TOLL IPEC for the larger parcels. backorders will be sent as soon as the stock is available unless other arrangements are made.
